The circulation of your blood improves as massage encourages the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your cells. Blood stasis is when you have blockages in your body, it has become stagnant and can happen when your ‘Qi’ energy is not flowing freely.

Definition of QI

Qi’ translates as “air” and figuratively as “material energy”, “life force”, or “energy flow”.

Do You Think Massage Is For You?

There are a list of contraindications when receiving a massage, it is best to speak with your therapist first. Your first appointment will include a consultation to determine the best treatment for you.

Regular massage agreeably can be costly, so how many treatments you can access does depend on your budget. Depending on your condition you may need one or two massages a week and then aim for a weekly session, if possible. Massage is for Physical, Mental and Emotional Well-Being so try and include a monthly session at least. Regular sessions will bring about both long term and lasting results. Leaving lengthy periods of time between treatments means you are at a reset position for future massages. Your body quite happily and willingly falls back into old patterns, especially when you are coping with the added stress of life. What you are doing is undoing the work you have already done that helps keep you healthy in mind and body.

Disease = Dis-Ease of your body and ideally you should look for prevention, rather than cure.

Massage Workshops

I run regular Workshops, with small groups to share massage techniques that you can use at home with your family. The style of massage is demonstrated in easy to understand modules throughout the day. You will learn through demonstration, practical and lecture, with comprehensive notes. Participants give a massage and receive a massage from one another. I also introduce essential oils and profiles that are suitable for the style of treatment and the result you are looking for.

You are rewarded with new skills, a massage and a Certificate of Attendance!

Essential Oils

The health benefits from Essential Oils are immense and well documented. Humans have a similar structure in their cells and tissues as essential oils. Our bodies are compatible with them, identify with them, and accept them. Essential Oils will not resonate with toxins in our bodies, they actually have the ability to eliminate them. Emotionally they can help clear trauma by bringing it to the surface, to our conscious mind, so we can let go.

Clean, Erase and Restore

An essential oil has the ability to Clean, Erase and Restore DNA to its original state. With their tiny molecular structure one drop can cover every cell in our bodies with 40,000 molecules!

Think of an essential oil as the life blood of the plant. They represent in plants what blood represents to humans – life! This is the energy that delivers the nutrients into every cell of the body.

As the result of Clinical and Scientific Research, Essential Oils have seen to have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man. Massage is for Physical, Mental and Emotional Well-Being and ultimately can raise our body’s frequency and the addition of Essential Oils enhances this.
